H&M Malaysia after effects

I got jet lagged yesterday upon arriving. Transiting is the worst part of travelling and I had to kill time just by going online and stressing my brain playing that undefeated happy hour game in my iPad. Only manage to get some sleep at 3.30am after doing our travel laundries and cleaning the house. Now I'm free to blog in this super cold weather at the comfort of our own living room; and yours truly is warming his feets with my mashimaro slippers.

Apparently, I'll only be blogging about our travel by next week. In the mean time, let me share with you the outcome of the most happening event this month which is the opening of H&M in Bukit Bintang last week.

Arriving there, I was entertained with the many faces of Lana Del Ray as the face of H&M wearing their pretty clothes/outfits on the billboard, inside and outside the monorail, on the big screen outside above the shop etc. I was also feasted with the long lines of ladies (and their partners) waiting to go into the store and a very festive sight of people taking pictures outside the shop where the H&M Sign is visible to the lens. And yes, there were people holding signs, sort of like a strike but business-likely an advertisement to attract people to their shop (since H&M is taking over the place). I think it was Zara's but I might be wrong.

As for me, I could only observe from a far; specifically, across the four-junction-super-busy-streets at Bukit Bintang in front of the 24 hours McDonalds, in the bustling city of Kuala Lumpur (man, that was long).

With this post, I'd definitely miss my Thrifty Thursday Finds. But not to worry, I'll make it up next week. I hope you guys had a wonderful week.
Now, to sort out the goodies for my little ones at home. ;)
