REVIEW: BAWANG Anti Dandruff Shampoo with Chinese Herbal Extracts

I've always had someone telling me that they loved how my hair looked. Probably because of the many instagram picture I had of my hair.

Let me share with you a little secret. I achieve all these with dirty hair. Don't feel disgusted yet, washing your hair less can actually make your hair more manageable and better conditioned. Better yet, dirty hair is able to hold a style much better and longer than when it's clean.

Honestly, I always have the urge to change the way my hair looked but at the same time I also have fear of curling or even straightening them because every time I do so, I'll end up cutting them.

Writing this, I only have one thing to say. I am too lazy to wash my hair. They say if you leave it unwashed, it'll grow faster. wtf!
They also mentioned that greasy hair is like a filter from all those nasty toxins and chemicals we have all round us now that the atmosphere is getting thinner.

I never truly believe in this sayings as I found that whenever I skipped washing my hair, dandruff starts forming. By the time I get to wash it, I realize a handful of hair falls  Sigh. Sometimes it looked like I have cancer or something.

Nonetheless, I still love my hair especially those second days after washing it. Its PERFECT! But I still have those itchiness on my scalp which I dislike so much because I am constantly trying to remind myself not to touch my hair. Once I touch it, I'd be touching my face and who knows what it does to my skin. PIMPLE!

So I bought myself BAWANG.

You've probably heard and seen this before. I remembered how I laugh at the thought of putting onions on my hair, walking around frightening vampires all the way. Eventually I found out it wasn't as I thought it'd be.

I super love this, it leaves my hair feeling fragrantly nice without overpowering and my scalp clean for a couple of days. Honestly, this is the best shampoo I have ever tried. If you're not fond of the smell of herbs, this might not be for you.

It comes in 2 series. The Professional Series is a bit pricey; 1 bottle is RM5x. I bought the Anti Dandruff one Rm16-Rm18 (Sorry I forgot the price). I'd probably buy the Hair Straightening and Darkening Formula for my mother next.

Here's a full list of the series,

#1Professional Series
Bawang Anti Hairfall Shampoo
Bawang Hair Darkening Shampoo
Bawang Anti-Hair fall and renewal Shampoo

#2 Chinese Herbal Essence Shampoo Series
Bawang Repairing and Nourishing Shampoo with Chinese Herbal Extracts
Bawang Anti Dandruff Shampoo with Chinese Herbal Extracts
Bawang Hair Strenghtening and Darkening Formula Shampoo with Chinese Herbal Extracts

All in all, I super love this!
Don't judge the shampoo by the Jacky Chan picture. lol

Anti-dandruff & Itch Relief Formula. Yes, he got that right!

hi, been using this shampoo back in 08-10 and stopped when they said it causes cancer. Never went back even after they did tests in a Geneva based lab and found it to be safe.

Actually works well, had less hair dropping than using others. Am using Himalayan hair products which works well and does not have the stigma.

You should try it...cheers!
