36 Weeks Pregnant

Woohoo! I'm actually on schedule with this post. pats self. Here's a sexy mama pose to celebrate. trolololol...

Alright enough. Lets cut to the chase shall we?

How far along? 36 weeks 1 day.

Total weight gain/measurements:
13kg! I've actually went overboard with the weight. Like seriously! I'm not sure how that even happened. On my 34 weeks visit, I was actually weighed 14kg heavier. It was insane. I've been asked to cut down on sweet fruits and noodles. The only two things I found appealing throughout my pregnancy.

Maternity clothes:
Haven't bought any new maternity wear. I have few empire waist dresses and tops that have become so handy for formal events. I'm all about oversize shirts and shorts now. Don't care.

Stretch marks?
Plenty. Especially on the right side of my belly. Couldn't care less anymore. I'm still using my stretchmarks cream though.

Sleep:
Good. My belly had gotten lighter. Except the cramp I'd get from sleeping from one side for too long. I'm constantly awaken with the urge to change my position.

Best moment this week:
I kind of not feel pregnant anymore. The stairs isn't my biggest concern anymore. By that I mean the wobbling-my-butt-off walking up to the 2nd floor. Also, driving wasn't that bad this 36 weeks.

Miss anything?
At this point, nothing actually.

Movement:
Super duper active. The spouse said it's a miracle watching me growing a human inside and that baby bouncing inside of me is amazing. Spouse love slipping his hand at the side of my belly to feel stronger baby kung fu.

Anything making you queasy or sick?
None I can think of right now.

Gender: If you're following me on instagram, I'm guessing you've known already.
Labour signs: Nope!

Symptoms:
Strangely my first trimester headache had return, sometimes nausea and I always feel like throwing up after a meal. Afternoon naps is pretty much back. I'd pick naps over food anytime.

Belly button in or out? In.
Wedding rings on or off?
Took it off. It's better off. I'm bloating!

Happy or moody most of the time?
Easily pissed. This two weeks I can actually shut my mouth and not talk. Incredible. I feel meh, not into talking.

Looking forward to:
Meeting our baby. It's so near now! And I feel, I might deliver early.

I actually haven't got my hospital bag ready. People are telling me how low my belly had gotten. Baby's in position for delivery almost two weeks now. It's just a matter of time.
Believe it or not, I haven't even bought a thing for myself to use during my stay at the hospital. I'm mental! I'd probably get everything ready by this week. I still can't decide where to deliver.
Scared? I'm not sure. They say I might be getting few Braxton Hicks now but I'm not sure actually. I don't know. I guess I'm just too busy preparing my stuffs rather than putting all my concerns towards my belly.

I forgot to mention how I failed (well almost) my OGTT. Thank God I lost some weight. Probably the reason I've gain so much weight in the first place. All is well though. I'm just gonna have to visit our doctor once every 4 days to monitor my progress.

Few weeks ago I've started noticing how red my palm had become. I just figured it was normal because I have naturally flushed cheeks as well so probably it's normal now that I'm pregnant. Until I showed it to our doctor. Again, they'll be monitoring me.

This might or might not be my last pregnancy update. But we'll see how the baby progresses. I might do my last update, probably on my 39 weeks. Who knows, right?

I hope you all had a nice weekend.

xx

Hi, blog walking.

Okay, it's really tough being pregnant. Of course I won't know the exact feeling but your post made it clear hehe.

Happy Sunday and happy blogging!

it's actually tougher for the husband. believe me, my husband have dealt with many of my uncontrollable hormones and surprisingly he can still keep cool. Thanks for reading @arms
